چکیده

In this paper, the global dynamical behaviors for a four-dimensional HIV infection model with intracellular delay and production delay which describes the interactions of cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) immune responses and general incidence rate are investigated. By using suitable Lyapunov functionals and LaSalle’s invariance principle, the global stability of infection-free equilibrium, CTL-absent infection equilibrium and CTL-present infection equilibrium are established, respectively. These results can be applied to a variety of viral infection diseases that would make it possible to devise optimal treatment strategies. Numerical simulations are presented to verify the analytical results.

Stability and Hopf Bifurcation in a Delayed HIV Infection Model with General Incidence Rate and Immune Impairment

We investigate the dynamical behavior of a delayed HIV infection model with general incidence rate and immune impairment. We derive two threshold parameters, the basic reproduction number R 0 and the immune response reproduction number R 1. By using Lyapunov functional and LaSalle invariance principle, we prove the global stability of the infection-free equilibrium and the infected equilibrium ...

Dynamics of a Delayed Epidemic Model with Beddington-DeAngelis ‎Incidence Rate and a Constant Infectious Period

In this paper, an SIR epidemic model with an infectious period and a non-linear Beddington-DeAngelis type incidence rate function is considered. The dynamics of this model depend on the reproduction number R0. Accurately, if R0 < 1, we show the global asymptotic stability of the disease-free equilibrium by analyzing the corresponding characteristic equation and using compa...

Global Stability of an HIV-1 Infection Model with General Incidence Rate and Distributed Delays

In this work an HIV-1 infection model with nonlinear incidence rate and distributed intracellular delays and with humoral immunity is investigated. The disease transmission function is assumed to be governed by general incidence rate f(T, V)V. The intracellular delays describe the time between viral entry into a target cell and the production of new virus particles and the time between infectio...

Stability Analysis of a Fractional Order Model of HIV virus and AIDS Infection in the Community

In  this  paper a  non-linear  model  with  fractional  order  is  presented  for  analyzing  and  controlling the  spread  of  HIV virus.  Both  the  disease-free  equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium are  found  and  their  stability is  discussed. The basic reproduction number , which is a function of the constant parameters in the model, plays an essential  role in the stability of  the ...

Global stability for a delayed HIV-1 infection model with nonlinear incidence of infection

Keywords: Time delay Global stability Lyapunov functional Nonlinear incidence a b s t r a c t In this paper, a delayed HIV-1 infection model with nonlinear incidence of infection is reinvestigated. It is shown that if the reproduction number R > 1, then the system is permanent , and the infective equilibrium of the system is globally asymptotically stable. Thus, the global dynamics of the syste...
